Membership, joined by longtime member Marjorie Wade, held our first new member coffee in September, welcoming two new members and introducing two new prospective members to our Branch and programs.

Please join us in welcoming new members Leitha Wyant and Kathleen Olson.

Leitha, whose professional background was in finance, grew up in the Sacramento area and has just returned after many years living on the East Coast. She resides in Rancho Cordova and is looking forward to becoming involved in our Branch’s many activities.

Kathleen was a professor of Spanish literature at the University of Oklahoma before retiring and is a former member of the Georgia Branch of AAUW. She currently volunteers at the Crocker Art Museum and was introduced to the Branch by Nancy Nolen-Swanson.
